The American Express Blue Cash for Business Rewards Credit Card with up to 5% Cash Back is one of the best rebate cards for small businesses. You can get up to 2.5% at most places - 5% at their OPEN Savings partners.

This card is different than a lot of cash rewards cards in that, for this card, you get a higher percent reward at lower spending amounts and then the percent goes down when you have spent more than fifteen thousand in a year. Most cards start you at a small percent and go up as you have spent more each year.

The rebate is credited to your account in February.

They have free balance transfers on the initial offer and may charge after that, but not currently.
